What is the VIP fast track service at Ben Gurion Airport?
A personal greeter meets you at the aircraft door (Silver and Gold packages), escorts you through a priority lane at passport control and security, helps with baggage and customs, and walks you to your driver. On departure the greeter handles check-in, security and passport control, and escorts you to the gate. The Bronze package is for departures only, with an escort after passport control. It typically cuts the arrival process to 15 to 25 minutes.
How much does Ben Gurion VIP service cost?
Bronze (departures only) costs $319 and Silver $339, each per flight, one way, for up to 5 passengers. The Gold package in the private terminal is $699 for the first passenger and $549 for each additional passenger. Showers and a private room in the Gold lounge are an extra fee. Airport fees are included. Add-ons: wheelchair $119, porter $109, Terminal 1 departures $99 (Bronze) or $119 (Silver). Late bookings under 24 hours add $49.
How much is a private transfer from Ben Gurion Airport to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem?
A private Mercedes V-Class (1 to 6 passengers) costs $135 to Tel Aviv and $175 to Jerusalem, one flat price per vehicle. Caesarea is $219, Haifa and Beer Sheva $279, Eilat $990. Prices include meet and greet, flight tracking, tolls and 60 minutes of waiting. Child seats are $15 each.
Where does the driver meet me?
For transfers, your driver waits at Gate 23, on level 2 of Terminal 3, holding a sign with your name. For VIP service, your greeter meets you at the aircraft door and hands you to the driver outside the terminal.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight. Your greeter and driver are rescheduled automatically to the real arrival time at no extra cost.
Do you operate on Shabbat and Jewish holidays?
Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Shabbat and holidays, with no extra charge for nights, Shabbat or holidays.
How do I pay?
Payment is by credit card only, in US dollars, through a secure link we send after we confirm. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the service are free.
Can you help elderly passengers or wheelchair users?
Yes. We arrange wheelchair assistance ($119) and porters ($109). Tell us in the booking form so we assign the right greeter and vehicle.
